Once your request is approved, you will be given a returned goods authorization (RGA) number, which will be clearly noted on each box of your return.

Before the merchandise is returned, remove all price tags (even on damaged merchandise) and mark any flaws or damaged areas. Make sure boxes, sleeves and all parts are returned with each item. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse and all conditions listed above have been met.

Merchandise returns/shortages/damages without an RGA number will be handled in three ways:

  1. No credit will be issued for damaged goods returned without RGA number.
  2. Merchandise in good condition received without an RGA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  3. No credits will be issued for shortages or damages after 30 days of receipt of goods.
